Which Mornington Peninsula Venue Is Right for You?
Three distinctive properties. Three unique wedding stories. One unforgettable day.
When it comes to saying I do on the Mornington Peninsula, you’re spoiled for choice — rolling vineyards, forest-fringed estates, lavender fields in bloom. But the venue? It’s more than just a setting. It’s the heartbeat of your celebration — the place where memories unfold and the backdrop to every little moment.
At Ever After Effect, we work exclusively with a handful of handpicked partner properties across the region. Each has its own rhythm, its own magic. So, which one’s right for you?
Here’s the breakdown — and a little quiz to help you find your fit.
The Cambium Red Hill & Epicurean Red Hill Reception
Best for: Couples who want a luxe-meets-laid-back experience with all the comfort of a wedding weekend in one place.
Start your day tucked away at The Cambium — a private retreat surrounded by native bushland and curated interiors. With multiple ceremony locations on site and accommodation for you and your crew, it’s the perfect launchpad for a celebration that unfolds naturally.
Then, just a few minutes up the road, it’s time for the party. The Epicurean Red Hill is iconic for a reason — industrial beauty, shared feasting, open fires, a whole lot of atmosphere. No need for buses or stressful transitions — it’s all been considered.
Vibe: Relaxed luxury. Ceremony in the trees, late-night espresso martinis in hand.
Ideal Guest Count: 100-220 guests
Cost for 100 Guests: Venue, Catering & Beverage, Accommodation, Photography, Floristry, Management & Planning = $50,000
Lavender Farm Red Hill – Garden Ceremony & Under Sky Reception
Best for: Lovers of nature, bold romantics, and those who dream of long-table dining under the open sky or in a marquee while the lavender is in bloom
Set on 27 acres, Lavender Farm is an immersive wedding venue hidden in the Main Ridge hinterland. You’ll begin with a garden ceremony framed by the hills and remnants of blooming lavender. Then, as the sun softens, guests move toward your reception — no marquee, just sky.
We handle the logistics, build the venue from the ground up, and bring your Under Sky reception to life with layered tablescapes, shared plates, and softly lit florals. No ceiling. Just stars. Our In Bloom offering is a Marquee Reception in the lavender fields which is built from the ground up, including a kitchen down in the lavender field. These two offerings are designed for different price points and budgets. Enquire with us for our instantly emailed pricing brochure!
Vibe: Earthy elegance. Dreamy light, bare-foot dancing, something different.
Ideal Guest Count for Under Sky Reception: 40-65 guests
Ideal Guest Count for In Bloom Reception: 100-300 guests
Cost for 100 Guests: Venue, Catering & Beverage, Marquee, Photography, Floristry, Management & Planning = $75,000
Mantons Creek Estate, Shoreham – Intimate Ceremony & Reception
Best for: Couples dreaming of a smaller celebration, vineyard views, and everything in one location.
Tucked into a quiet pocket of Shoreham, Mantons Creek Estate is a boutique vineyard for couples who value intimacy over extravagance. Say your vows with the vines as your witness, then enjoy canapés on the terrace and a shared-table reception inside the estate restaurant.
With accommodation for your closest guests, it’s private, romantic, and just the right amount of luxe.
Vibe: Intimate, timeless, warm-hearted with wine flowing all weekend.
Ideal Guest Count: 50-80 guests
Cost for 50 Guests: Venue, Catering & Beverage, Accommodation, Photography, Floristry, Management & Planning = $26,000
