With a powerhouse team of floral stylists and a combined 50+ years of experience between them, Lauren McIntosh is the mind—and hands—behind the blooms.
She’s not just arranging flowers. She’s building moments, sculpting colour & texture with every stem.
Known for creative, expressive floral concepts, Lauren designs each piece to reflect the couple at the centre of it all. Every petal has a purpose. Every installation tells a story.

As Executive Chef of The Epicurean Group, Darren has played a pivotal role in the voice of the Group focusing on fresh, seasonal & regional produce showcasing the very best the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
